HRcomm – Združenie pre riadenie a rozvoj ľudských zdrojov

We are a professional association with more than 20 years of history, currently with 150 members and growing further. Our members include major industrial production companies (PCA Slovakia, Kia Slovakia, Embraco Slovakia, Johnson Controls, ...), financial institutions (Tatra banka, Allianz, Slovenská Sporiteľňa, ČSOB, ...), companies from FMCG sector (Heineken, Adidas, Billa, ...), IT/telecom companies (Hewlett-Packard, Dell, O2, T-Com, ...) and many others. With our various activities, we connect the HR community as well as - and increasingly so – the business community. We create a platform for exchange of experiences about successful projects and continous learning through sharing. Our strength lies in networking. During the last year, the number of our followers on social networks has grown by more than 60%.

We cooperate with renowned professionals not only from Slovakia, but also at an international level. HRcomm is a member of EAPM – European Association for People Management and we have an intensive cooperation with partner associations across Europe.

We co-design the most important HR event in Slovakia – the TREND conference on Human Resources Management; we annually prepare two specialised conferences “Chopok Classics” where HR & organizational development success stories are shared. We are the professional guarantor of HRTalent and HRLeader Awards.
